American and Rest of The World Regional Qualifiers

After the XPEvo with a direct slot for the World Cup in Paris, it is the turn of the American and Rest of The World qualifying tournaments to be revealed.

Qualification for the Trackmania World Cup in Paris is soon entering its final sprint. Alongside the four slots to be won during the Playoffs on 5th and 6th October, three direct slots are available during regional tournaments dedicated to their local players. The European slot will be given to the winner of the XPEvo tournament from 11th to 13th October in Germany. Players from the American and Rest of The World regions will each be able to secure a direct slot during dedicated online tournaments.

American Regional Major

The American Regional Qualifier will be organized online on 14th September at 14:00 CST. Players with one of the following nationalities will be able to participate: Bahamas, Canada, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama, United States of America, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, Suriname, Guyana, Venezuela, Caribbean Islands and Bolivia.

The tournament will start with a Time Attack stage followed by a 32 players double elimination bracket.

Rest of The World Regional Major

The Rest of The World Regional Major will be organized from 24th August to 7th September. Due to the large geographical area covered by the RoTW zone, the Qualification will be held in multiple events, ‘’Asia and Oceania Cup’’ (AOC) and ‘’Middle East and Africa Trackmania Championship’’ (MEATC) with a Finals Event at the end consisting with the best players from each event:

  • The MEATC is composed of players with the nationality of one of the countries from the MEA sub-region: Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Chad, Djibouti, Egypt, Israel, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Comoros, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Democratic Republic), Côte d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Togo, Uganda, Zambia.
  • The AOC is composed of players with the nationality of one of the countries from the Asia / Oceania sub-region: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Chinese-Taipei, India, Hong Kong (SAR), Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Russia (Ural Federal District, Siberian Federal District, Far Eastern Federal District), Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Australia, New Zealand, and Polynesian Nations.

Each participant will play the first event of the tournament separately to accommodate their time zone and availability times. The first stage will be composed of a Time Attack stage followed by a double elimination bracket. The 4 best players of each sub-regional event will then be qualified and reunited for a final stage in a double elimination bracket.

  • Asia and Oceania Cup
    24th August – 10:30 IST / 13:00 SGT/ 15:00 AEST / 17:00 NZST
  • Middle East and Africa Trackmania Championship
    31st August – 13:00 SAST / 14:00 TRT
  • RoTW – MEA / APAC Finals
    7th September – 8:00 SAST / 9:00 TRT / 14:00 SGT / 16:00 AEST

Both American and Rest of The World regional Majors will use the third official map pack set to be released in early August.

In addition to the direct slot for the World Cup, a 500€ cash prize will reward the best 3 players of each regional qualifier. Participants will also receive world ranking points based on their final standing in the tournament.
